Hi, I cohost Metro's weekly mental health podcast Mentally Yours.
I'm looking for guests to chat about their personal experiences of mental illness, their work and how the past year has affected them.
Particularly keen to hear from anyone working in an industry that means they can't work from home eg cleaners, hairdressers, shop workers, construction workers, bus drivers, beauticians etc.
Our podcast is very friendly and informal, chats last 20-30mins and are pre-recorded so you can redo answers etc if you like. We're on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and AudioBoom if you'd like to hear previous episodes.
