Hi! Does anyone the legal deadlines for the appeal process. I lodged my appeal 100 days ago and not heard anything back from my employer. Is there menat to be a meeting to hear my appeal within 14 days? Should I be there?
It's confusing as you use the organisation@s grievance policy, which a whole other set of time scales and other procedures. Appeal is different to a grievance isn't it? I feel confused at this stage.
Flowery you not still around somewhere are you?

Thanks.

Jeepers! don't know what's happened to my message. The computer went abit strange and the keys seemed to stick. Does anyone know what the process should be following an appeal against a refusal for a flexible work request.
The info I have says that you have a meeting after 14 days to hear your appeal. Is this with the employee? I put my appeal in 10 days ago via the organisation's grievance procedure and haven't heard a thing. Should they be trying to arrange a meeting? Does this sound right?
