Where can I find a contract template for employee please?

All the ones I have found you have to subscribe and give card details even if they are free. There is nothing on gov website, can anyone point me in the right direction where I can get a template so I can alter it for use??

I have one that I can email if you’d like. It’s blank & you’ll have to fill in the gaps that are applicable.
