maternity policy at CBRE

hello everyone. i'm new here and was hoping someone could help. i have interviewed for CBRE this week and i am trying to find out what their maternity policy is. i can't seem to find a way of asking them outright about it without giving the wrong impression. i'm not looking to have a baby for at least another 2-3 years yet and the current company i am at has an amazing policy (26 weeks full pay plus holidays etc). does anyone work at CBRE that can possibly help? i've done a good search of the forums online

Ask them a broader question - What is your total reward package e.g. Annual leave, training & development, pension, flexible working, sick pay, family friendly leave etc.

It’s the same policy there or it was when I worked there. It does only kick in after a certain stint of time but as you said 2-3 years that’s plenty of time. If you are successful and verbally accept then you will be sent a full pack explaining everything before you send back your signed acceptance.
