Any advice I’ve applied for a job and I’ve been asked or fill in a questionnaire it ask age, sexuality, by kids under 18 to name but a few a bit long list ...is this normal? Not come across this before...I’m only at the application stage at moment. Seems a bit intrusive 🤔

Yes it's normal. You don't have to answer if you don't want to

Not normal on the application form itself. Normal as a separate part of the application which will be used for data and not seen by the interviewers.
