What Civil service department/ ALB would you recommend working for, as a working mum?

Hi There, I know the civil service is generally good for working mums, but what departments/ smaller department agencies, would you recommend working for. So those with either maternity packages or good flexible working for mums.

(I am currently in the civil service, just trying to see where I could look next for a role) I'm interested to know about Department for education maternity policy.

Also, would you move jobs when you return from maternity leave or would you stay at your current department.

Thank you!

I'm police staff. Good pay on my band, great maternity, fab pension, can work my hours to suit me really and because I don't manage I can usually take leave at v short notice, which is key with children in nursery.
Holiday allowance is good too.
Maternity was 30 weeks full pay, then some at SMP.
DM if you want to know anything else.
