Has anybody noticed a bit of a trend with advertised working from home jobs whereby they are advertised part time and thus pro rata pay, but the job itself is clearly a full time role.
For example I've seen a project manager job with an extensive job description from hiring staff to managing funding to being responsible for social media campaigns to rewriting policies etc etc, but the job is being advertised at 21 hours a week working out at 19k annual salary.
I think some employers are being a bit cheeky, and with working from home it's more difficult to prove how many hours you're working... and thus you'll either end up working full time for part time pay or never hitting targets.
