Can you give the same answer in the interview to what you gave in the application form?

The application form had some competency questions.

The interview has 9! competency questions plus a presentation and that's only the second stage. Nightmare.

You can but they might think you don’t have any other examples

Hi OP - I've given the same answers at interview as I did in my application and offered the job every time! I think a lot of it is down to how well you present yourself.
