What is everyone using in order to be able to wfh effectively?

I posted earlier but have changed the title of my post.
I'm particularly interested in those who work in an Admin role

Thank you in advance.

Why are you starting multiple threads about the same thing?

People only work from home when their company support it.

Unfortunately it appears your company doesn't, therefore no software will help resolve your request to work from home I'm afraid.

It is irrelevant that there are software and solutions that other companies sometimes use to enable home working, if your company doesn't want to provide that.

You are running the risk of dismissal for capability with no package.

You need to return to work or accept the package to avoid that.

Continuing to try to make the company accept you wfh isn't going to work as there is no legal obligation to enable that irrespective of whether your GP or even a companies occupational health team recommend it.

OP you’ve asked for and received tons of helpful advice on how to manage your situation.

It doesn’t matter what other people are doing, what your GP says or what any other expert thinks, it is your employer that makes the decision and they have.

Continuing to argue with your employer about why you should work from home when they have explicitly told you you can’t is going to lose you any goodwill that you might have had.
