CACHE Level 2 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care"
I am 34, starting on the path to a very much wanted career within social work/ working with vunrable kids/adults.
Doing a course that earns a CACHE Level 2 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care, would this help?
Or is this just to help get a job as a carer in an elderly home etc?
I don't want to be a social worker as I don't want to get a degree. I know as a social worker assistant i wouldn't NEED a degree so this is a job role I am considering also.
To start my learning and education, would this level 2 diploma be a good place as my 1st qualification for social work or something similar? Obviously I will continue to gain qualifications once this one is completed.
Thanks
