Long term sick and holidays

I have been on long term sick since March 2020. My holiday year runs April - March. When I went off sick I carried over 2 weeks holiday. I am not due back now till April 2021. Will my 2 weeks holiday that I carried over still be valid and do I carry any of 2020/2021 allowance over?

Depends on your policy - ours has to be used in the first quarter of the new annual leave year.

It's really complicated, but legally you're allowed to carry over 4 weeks holiday (working time directive leave) for around 18 months after the end of the leave year IF you couldn't take it because of sickness. You're best off just talking to HR though.
