Help needed - school maternity?

Hi, I have found out that I am pregnant and due somewhere between the 26th August and the 12th September (entirely unsure of dates!)
I am due to start a new job in a school on the 11th January which screws me over completely for SMP AND OMP.
I should get maternity allowance, however you need to be employed for 26 weeks before you can claim. My new job is term time only so although I’ll be employed for over 26 weeks, I’ll only be working for around 22 of those weeks... am I likely to be turned down for maternity allowance?

Have you previously been working? Are you only paid term-time or is it spread over the year?

Yes I’ve been working consistently for 8 years now and has 9 months off for my first born and returned back to work May 2020. I get paid across 12 months’

So you will have more than 26 weeks total across the relevant period.
