I would like to start making busy boards to sell on Etsy... do I need a CE mark? Or can I just make them to sell?

I am looking to sell busy boards to sell on Etsy.
I have made a few for Godchildren and they love them!

To sell on Etsy can I just sell and say to be supervised whist playing? Or do they have to have a CE mark on it and be a tested toy?
