Can anyone help me or advice me on the topic of the interview presentation I have to give in the new year? I am unemployed and it has been many years since I've had an interview. I don't know if I'm just not understanding the question or if I'm really clueless on the subject. I'm so nervous and any help would be appreciated. Also on what they might ask me following the presentation? It is to be a 5 minute presentation so how many slides and how much on the slides?
The job is with an awarding body (think AQA or OFQUAL or similar)
"As part of your orientation in ..... you have been asked to prepare a five-minute presentation to be delivered to .....’s staff involved in the development of qualifications and assessments. The purpose of the presentation is to inform staff of ....'s responsibilities under the Equality Act (2010) and Public Sector Equality Duty. The presentation should draw directly on the Act and Duty and suggest specific, practical steps that staff can take to ensure that .... discharges its responsibilities effectively in the way it develops qualifications and assessments"
I know what the Equality Act and PSED are but I'm confused as to what else they want me to say and would be looking for?
