had some dealings with recruiter who has been in a few stages of the process including telling me the wrong pay, forgetting to confirm my interview time and sending me the wrong version of a document. also didnt really add value to the interview process eg prepare me or similar
He asked me off-guard who else I was interviewing with and made me share the names of the interviewers so he could cold call them! Im so annoyed! I gave them to him as I was so shocked but now seething. Immediately called him back and told him other processes were confdiential so not to use my name.
He was also quite disparaging about some of the other processes eg its a pretty competitive indsutry and oen wanted to fast track me through the process. their sector is in flux at the moment (think oil/gas etc in finance) so he was like 'oh thats why then', basically implying they were struggling for candidates! I have an offer with a role he is recruiting for and he obviously wants me to accept that instead but thought his tactics were really offensive
