I’m a few months into a new and a major restructure has been in the pipeline for a while and it’s been announced that my role is at risk of redundancy 
A few unsuitable internal roles have come up and I applied to one which went nowhere.
We’ll find out in the next few months after consultation whether I get to stay on. It could really go either way.
I’m feeling really demoralised and looking for other jobs.
Looking for any tips / guidance fellow mumsnetters may have for me.
