I'm a low level team manager. I mean I have no power to make their lives better - they are an awesome team, all I do is approve leave and ask them how they are and ask them to do things. Usually at Christmas I would get mince pies for on our desks, and cards for them, organise a Christmas lunch, and get them a bottle of wine (they all drink alcohol).
This year has been exceptionally hard (no shit) with some big projects, one of which is going live tomorrow. This is why I've left it so late. We have been snowed under. Could anyone recommend a website which would send them nice things, please? This is out of my pocket so I can't do hampers sadly.
