Hi, I am still on maternity leave with my 1st daughter but the time to be going back to work is getting closer and closer! I was a restarant manager but unfortunatly child care doesnt cover the hours that I need to work and I dont want to work full time now anyway (couldnt bear to be away from her for 5 days a week!). This is the only thing I am qualified to do altough I am willing to go to college or train for something else. Any ideas as to what I can do from home pros and cons would be greatly appreciated, or if anyone knows a job that provides childcare (if of course there is such a thing!) I dont have any family availiable to look after her.

How about childminding at the employer's house? If you threw in a bit of washing dishes and maybe even running round with a hoover, they'd be your friends for life.

Like a playdate every day, if you got the age of the children right :-)
