Freelance work, do you do it?

Thinking about it.
Haven't been in an office for about 5 years (might be out of loop anyway).
I might do 3 months to earn some money.
The thought of it is a bit overwhelming.

Do you freelance as a full timer, how do you find going from no work to full-on?

Ok I know it's Sunday night and no one is thinking of work. But someone must freelance.
