I currently work 28 hours a week at Childline and take on casual agency Teaching Assistant work in special needs schools. I am eager to shape a career in pastoral care. I would like to do this is mainstream schools and eventually become a Pastoral Manager.
I had my first ever Learning Mentor interview recently and I really struggled. Is there any way I can find out more about school mentoring activities and how I can progress in this field? If you know any online resources that could help
