I work 28 hours a week on the phones at Childline and do agency work on top of this at special needs schools.
I am eager to shape a career in Pastoral care, eventually working as a Pastoral Manager. I had my first learning mentor interview recently and I really struggled. Is anyone able to tell me how I can learn more about a school mentoring? I want to find out more about how to run group sessions.
Any advice is much appreciated 😊
