I have a phone interview to work in a COVID-19 testing laboratory (band 4). Has anyone else worked in a COVID-19 testing lab and know roughly what to expect and what kind of questions to expect?
I was surprised it was a telephone interview as it said in the job application that remote interviews were not possible. Is it likely that this will be followed by an in-person interview?
