Can't login to NHS Scotland job site

I've applied for a job on the NHS Scotland site.

I did this midway through the email change from nhs.net.

I mistakenly thought the @..........nhs.scot email address I was given was my new email, so used this for applying for the job.

I have since found out it was my Microsoft Teams login (as I could email to and from this at work and at home, I never considered for a moment it was anything other than an email address)

I was contacted on this Teams address for the interview, which went well, and I got the job.

Now I need to get back onto the site to see whether my references etc have been received, but I've forgotten my password, but whenever I try to login asking for the password reset link, nothing at all comes to my Teams email. ( I had no issues logging into the site when I knew the password)

I've tried to contact the 'help' and get sent an email from jobtrain saying 'we no longer deal with this, you need to contact our 'dedicated support hub' at jobseekersupport.jobtrain.co.uk/

But there's bugger all of any use on the site ! Actually, there's virtually NO help for anything on the site !

I've requested a new job ticket 4 times and have heard sod all back, not even an acknowledgement !

Has anyone else had issues with them ? Or any advice ?
