I’ve been off for weeks with pregnancy complications including several hospitalisations, I’ve asked my manager if I can do a return to work with reduced hours and continue to work from home as most people are WFH. Then I can get a fit note.
My manager hasn’t come back to me. I’ve not heard from anybody at work for 6 weeks. Really don’t feel like I want to go back. 
I’ve emailed, text and left a voicemail. I’m meant to be going back on Monday. None of my colleagues have replied to my texts.
