I am on an nhs fixed term contract but the role just hasn't worked out to be what I thought it would be, so I have been looking around to see what else is out there. I am interested in project type roles and have been shortlisted for a role in HE.
It would be a side ways move but slightly less money as it is slightly less hours. Given where we are at the moment am I kidding myself?, should I sit it out a a bit longer? Just struggling to convince myself to go for it and see what happens and see if there is the possibility to pick up a few extra hours down the line.
