I've seen a job which is £12k basic plus commission. The commission can in theory be really good and I'm confident I could meet the targets however it's got me wondering...if there was a month where I didn't sell enough, the pay would be considerably below NMW. What would happen then? If anyone does a similar role can you tell me how this works please?
