Furlough scheme ends this week & I have not heard from my employer for 4 months

What would you do .... contact them, turn up on Monday, or just wait .....

I think there is a possibility that the role will made redundant - I have been on Furlough longer than I have been employed. No communication for months now.

Part of me just wants to know, but the on the other side, if my job is disappearing them, I'd rather just leave it to them to tell me, giving me as much time on furlough as possible.

Contact them about what to do. If they don’t respond turn up on Monday and ask.

Same here OP. Although I’ve not heard from mine since March. I’ve worked there 17 years.

The business is still running and they’ve brought others back, but there’s not been a word on my return. I heard they were making decisions a few weeks ago but I’m still waiting!

@Osirus it’s rubbish isn’t it. Especially when you’ve worked there so long.

Hopefully we’ll get back next week.

I’ll ring tomorrow and see what’s going on.
