I am currently a training officer, I would like to broaden my skillset and gain some work-related qualifications. Having looked into it, the L5 Learning and Development CIPD course keeps cropping up.
Has anyone done this and would you say that it is worth doing to further your career please?
I don't intend to move on from my company, I would like to grow our training department. I wondered if this qualification would hold weight in doing that?
