Advice please. I was taken on from a temp to perm role working 7hr days with an hour lunch break. My lunch break is unpaid. I signed my contract not really reading the hours I just looked at the annual salary. It has now come to light I am been over paid. I’m been paid 20 hours a month that I don’t work. They want a consultation with me. I’m still on probation until January. Where do I stand with this so I can prepared?
