Recruitment agency

Hello

I had a min wage temp role through and agency through the lock down ( national ). Worked very hard but was bullied by a staff member ( who was known for it ( someone actually reported it on my behalf ). When the two managers came back after 3 months off they picked me on me aswell, for example leaving me in a dusty cupboard all week when I have asthma ,making me move tables somewhere then move them back when I could barely move them . Lots of horrible emails coming into my inbox too calling me lazy etc .I was one of the only staff members in consistently .

I just carried on working hard . But it all got too much for me one day and I just kept crying so I left. I had been emailing the agency asking about other roles occasionally.

I’ve got one interview lined up . I also applied for another temp role with the same agency ( better paid , less stress). They got back to me and asked me for further details and said they would organise an interview . Now I’ve not heard back for a few days.I’m worried the manager may have given bad feedback ?Or maybe because I left the last role ?

Should I say anything / explain myself or just move on ?

I would sign up with several agencies as there is no guarantee of work and it gives you a better chance. There is no expectation of exclusivity with them.

I would doubt very much that they have even sought feedback at the pre interview stage. Sometimes it takes time to line up interviews. Try not to worry and well done for taking control and walking away from a toxic situation.
