Which job

Hoping an outsiders input will help me make a decision.

Here is my dilemma.

Job 1. I already have and it's changing so I will get a pay rise. About a five grand payrise and a better bonus.
I know it like the back of my hand. It fits round my daughter and I. My boss is great. It's almost too comfortable.
I like it.

Job 2.
Same company doing the same role but in a different area. Same money, will take me a year or two to get comfortable and understand it but it will widen my skill set. Considerably. I don't know the person I will be working for and they may not be as accommodating as my current boss.

I know I'm in an incredibly lucky position.

It would depend on the flexibility in job 2 - if they are able to be as accommodating as your current boss (bearing in mind that you know that works both ways and your current boss can back you up on how well it has worked etc) then I'd be tempted by no2 because of the skills widening and therefore future prospective s.
