I hate my new job

It's through an agency temp to perm. They pay me for first so many weeks.
The company is awful, the job is awful and the people are awful and I've made a massive mistake. Can I just leave?
There is nothing about a notice period in the info I have from the agency?

How long have you been there? Could you call the agency and say the workplace isn't the right fit for you and could they redeploy you to another business if they have anyone else looking?

If you are temp to perm you can just give up and go anytime you want. I did and gave them a piece of my mind on the way out.

Call the agency and discuss it with them. No one wants a poor placement, you or the agency.

I will be doing yes, but I do not want to go back there ever!
Agency will definitely know what I think.

As a temp you never have to go back to the office again, they will simply send another temp in your place. You need to speak to the agency though as they may be put off placing you again if they think you're flakey.

You of course don't have to go back, but please tell the agency. Give them a few days notice at least to find a replacement for you. If you contact them on Monday to say that Wednesday will be your last day?

Have you actually told your consultant how unhappy you are? They should be speaking to you and your line manager regularly to see how the placement is progressing.

I agree with pp, don't just walk away, discuss with the agency who can get you out of there swiftly.

What is the job you are doing?

I was in the same position this time last year, but knowing it was only temporary for me made it a little more bearable. There wasn't a single thing I liked about the job, the company or the staff,
