Paeds band 6 interview

I have a paediatric band 6 interview on Monday. Can anyone help with questions I might be asked? Also I know this would probably be specific to the ward but how/what do I suggest as a need for change. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated greatly!

I'd say that you've really enjoyed your time working in.... (whatever) and you feel you now have extensive experience in ........(whatever) , but you now feel it's time for you to further expand your experience/ knowledge base and develop further as a practitioner by moving to....(wherever) as a band 6.
