Hello, can anyone help me understand how long before conception that an NHS worker needs to be employed in order for them to be eligible for the enhanced maternity pay? And if that worker is on a temp contract, as long as at the end of it they stay with the same trust on another contract without a break exceeding the limit, they will still be entitled to the enhanced pay, right? They don't need to 're-accrue' the entitlement?
I've read the figures online but I have learning difficulties which is affecting my ability to work backwards in time as they always state it with how much service you need prior to X date prior to the due date. Rather than prior to conception.
