I’m wanting to know if any healthcare assistants have that have transferred within the NHS internally from their same job working on a hospital ward to some where like outpatients or a GP surgery.
Was transferring internally quicker than applying from scratch? Start date wise.
What was your experience of outpatients and GP surgeries compared to a ward in a hospital?
