Return to frontline nursing in 50’s

Hi

Has anyone returned to frontline nursing in their 50’s after a career related to this? or returned at this age after a break. If so what are your experiences? Considering returning but wondering if too old now.

Do it if you enjoy lots of paperwork and a lack of proper hands on care. There will be a mass of jobs used to be assigned to junior doctors that nurses do now.
