Childcare suggestions

I’m hoping someone might have a bright idea.
After 12 year career break, I’ve somehow landed my dream job.
My problem is at the moment I can’t see how I can accept it as I can’t find childcare. My youngest no problem, she’s got a place in after school club my eldest DD9 goes to a special school, with no after school provision. I’ve put an advert on childcare.com sent so many messages to people on there, I completely understand that 9 hours a week, (3 hours on 3 days) isn’t ideal but I’d hoped it would fit alongside someone working part time etc.
Any ideas on how I might find someone? What am I missing?

Well done on the job!! What about parents at your child's school? Could you offer to do a swap?

Is there a local Facebook childminder group? Or a local parents Facebook group that you could ask the same question.

Could you ask the employer for different hours?

Could your partner (if you have one) adjust his hours?

Or a combination of the above?

I really hope you manage to sort it. 🤞🤞
