I've got the opportunity to jiggle around my working hours. I have Wednesday's off at the moment which will continue regardless of my new options.
At the moment I finish at 7pm on Monday's and 2pm Friday's.
I have the option to be off Monday's and finish at 7pm on Fridays. I feel like my 2pm Friday finish is a bit wasted at the moment as DP and teenagers all finish later than me. Plus I quite like Friday's at work as everyone is in a good mood for the weekend so working longer doesn't bother me. I really don't particularly like Monday's, it's always the busiest day so I'm drawn to having Monday's off but wonder if a late Friday finish will become annoying. So would you rather have Monday off and a late Friday finish or work Monday and be done on Fridays by 2pm?
