I need an interview dress!

I have an interview coming up in a hospital and need a new dress for it as I’ve put on weight and my old one no longer fits. I like the style of the picture I’ve attached, but I’m only 5ft 2, and worry something like will make me look even shorter! But I can’t find another one I like on Next. So I have turned to mumsnet for inspiration for a dress, if you could point one out to me? I like knee length skater and shift dresses, and looking to spend maybe £50

Ooh that’s cute! I normally do choose petite but it’s not an option for this particular dress. Normally i buy a few sizes and return the ones that don’t fit but that feels wasteful. Might try that Boden one though thank you
