I hope this is the right thread Smile

I am 24 years old and love my part time job working in events, teaching students how to use LinkedIn, about nutrition and well being etc (lots of random workshops). I get given the content to learn. I am very enthusiastic for my job. The company I work for is really supportive and have asked me what training I would like to help me develop. I am not sure what I need as I have never thought about this before. Does anyone have any recommendations? I know others in my company have attended conferences or completed training on how to engage communities. The training has to be beneficial for my job. if you were 24 and your employer was willing to pay for your training what would you choose?

I really don't know what I want to do with my life but one day I hope to specialize in an area and run online courses as a business but I am not sure what area yet. I will figure that out through experience. I may even change my mind.

Any advice is really appreciated

Until you work out what area you want to specialise in I would look to see if there were training courses where you can achieve accreditation.

In my area (IT) we have done accredited ITIL, BCS business analyst, lean, six sigma, Prince project management etc courses. Some have done the supply chain APICS. There must be similar for training where you can do various courses/modules with exams and build up to a recognised qualification etc.
