Laptop recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for a laptop? My trusty Sony Vaio is about to die about 9 years old. I've had a look and they don't seem to be making them any more 🤷🏻‍♀️

Need a slightly bigger screen as I work on it quite a bit (i think current one is a 17 inch) 🤔

Budget is about £700 👍

Have you got a John Lewis near you to go for advice?

I got a new laptop fr laptopsdirect. They’re reconditioned ones so slightly cheaper. You can see what ‘state’ they’re in. Mine was one that had been opened but not used so was pristine. Others are ex business ones so might have scuffs on them. But you see this before you buy them. Can’t recommend as my budget was less than yours. I knew I wanted ssd and hd screen tho.
