I have just found out that I am pregnant. I am also in the middle of applying for a Civil Service role that is listed as being 2 years long with possibility of becoming permanent. It's a role I would love and as an existing Civil Servant I think it would mean a longer term promotion (as in continuing at new grade even after the initial term).
So...Is it ok to apply given I'm pregnant?
