Nurse full-time bank

Does anyone here bank full time as a band 5 nurse? I am wondering roughly what you can earn in a month if you work the usual 13-14 shifts? The hospital I currently work in pays around £20/hour for a band 5 bank.

I know that many people do! Although many enjoy the luxury of not quite full-time working.

Are you planning to put money into a separate pension, or use the NHS bank into pension?

My plan is to bank for a few months to start with while I look for a different job (I'm not certain what I want to do and just want to get out of my comfort zone for a bit and try some different areas. I'm currently a band 6. I'm paying into my NHS pension now so I think I will just continue to do the same.
