I have an undergraduate degree (in an unrelated subject) an MSc in HRM, am CIPD Level 7. I have 10 years experience in my field and, as a saddo who likes writing essays, I’m wondering what I can do next.
Thinking of doing some of the Association of Project Managers courses, as I run various HR related projects and would like to put some more structure around the projects.
I’m also contemplating an MSc in Organisational Psychology. I’d do it with the OU, over a few years though, as I don’t necessarily need it but I think I’d enjoy the learning.
Any other suggestions?
