Which job?

I can never make a bloody decisions so please oh wise people, hellllp!

Job 1: Large organisation, long hours, 7-7 shifts, good pension and sick entitlement.

Job 2: Small business, shorter shifts (8 hours long) mainly finishing in time so I can pick my child up from school (I don't do any pick ups on days at work at the minute), same days as I currently work but not as good pension or sick entitlement.

I'm at a total loss of what to do. Pay is slightly less in job 2 but not enough to interfere with paying bills/family life etc.

You have been offered both?

Hard to say without knowing anything about your life/circumstances but I’m assuming you’re considering the second job for work/life balance?

If that’s the case and you feel the salary reduction and change to pension and sick leave would be offset by an improved work/life balance (and also assuming you’re happy it’s not a backward step for your career, that you’d enjoy the job and so on) then I’d take job no 2.
