I’m the only person who hasn’t yet returned to the office. I’ve been working from home. I’m due to start back next week.
My office is upstairs. You enter a large office which has 3 people working in. There is a large window but it’s up to those workers whether they have it open or not.
To the right hand side is a door to my office. There are two of us plus the photocopier which everyone uses. Also the main filing cabinet/shelves. There are no windows in my office. The kitchen leads off it. There are three other offices which all lead off our office. One is a meeting room, one has 2 people in and the last is the MD’s office. Those three offices all have windows. I’ve asked the question and when the weather gets colder the windows In the other offices will all be closed and the doors leading from my office into the others will also be closed.
I’ve asked what is being done about ventilation and have been told nothing needs to be fine, just keeping 2 metres apart and using hand sanitiser.
How would you feel about returning to an office with no ventilation?
