Just reaching out to see if anyone agency/client side has any experience of moving over and how you went about it?
I currently work at a PR agency, very creative atmosphere, always go go go, a lot of pressure from clients and senior leadership. I've worked in the industry a while now and always loved it, but slowly I've been considering going client side as think I would prefer the more process driven, and strategy side of things.
However, when looking at what I think are relevant roles I don't seem to have a lot of relevant experience and I'm struggling to show how my agency experience translates to in house jobs. Any experience or tips?
