How would you prep

I have two interviews coming up within the space of a couple of days and feel quite overwhelmed with prep.

One interview is competency based and the other sounds more general, focusing on CV. Surprisingly the role for the general interview has a much higher salary than the competency based one however, this role is in an industry I'm more passionate about.

Does anyone have any tips on how best to prep for both and make the best use of my time?

I'd say it is always good to do the research on the individual companies, and learn enough to make the interviewers think you are passionate about what they do, their ethos or their research or their aims and goals etc, rather than "applying because you need a job / want a raise / are moving into the area'

Look up competency based interview questions and have some examples ready

I have started researching both companies so I'm familiar with what they do and their values, etc.

Thankfully I already have a list of examples for the competency based questions.

It just feels quite overwhelming to have two interviews close together for different companies when out of practice and ensuring I prep enough for both. There's also the pressure of needing be successful with at least one!
