I'm gently toying with the idea of leaving education. I've no idea what I would do.
In my current role;
Senior leader
I lead a team of 40+ staff
Lead Recruitment
Lead training
Liaise with external agencies
Have to make quick decisions
Ensure I'm following policy and law
And probably lots more.
I'm just wondering about "big salaries" and what types of jobs could attract a larger salary with those skills/experiences
