Looking for advise on what you would do.
I had my DD in may and had to take my maternity which is SMP earlier than I wanted due to the virus so it now end in December rather than the end of January.
Anyways... before I got pregnant I qualified as a nursery practitioner but stayed at my old job as I had to for the SMP entitlement. A few jobs are coming up that but I am so anxious at the thought of returning to work full time and putting the wee one into childcare 5 days a week
How old was everyone's wee ones when they returned to work? Were you full time part time? Did you use a childminder?
I'm totally freaking out about returning to work already but I also know that if i dint apply for these jobs i need to return in December to a job i hate.
